Some of you may know that I have been sick and F2F hasn't been open much the last 2 months.
I have not posted details because first I am private person but more then that, The
doctors didn't give me anything to say (They were stumped... Just my luck).
Here is the readers digest version of what happened. I had a fever from 101 to 103 for
about 2 weeks with no other symptoms, people told me that I needed to go to the hospital
and it seems that they were right. They admitted me and for another month I had been in and
out of hospitals and doctor's offices with a thing called "Fever of unknown origin"
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fever_of_unknown_origin). In short it means that if you have
this that you really have 1 of 65 different problems and they start testing from most
likely to least until they find the problem.
I feel like that I had every test known to man and I am not really sure if I have any blood
left. Test after test were negitive, over and over again and they start testing for bad
things like cancer, leukemia, lupis and other bad thing (no stress here) after liver
biopsys and other evil tests I was cleared of the bad things (most of them) they did find
out that my liver is enlarged by 22cm and my spleen is radically enlarged but no
explination why. The only thing these doctors had in common is they all asked me "Have I
been out of the country?" and "Does your stomache hurt?"
They then sent me to a hematologist who said (Guess what?)"Have I been out of the country?"
and "Does your stomache hurt?" I almost laughed but I was soaked with sweat from my fever.
After looking at my chart and my history said no out of the country trips he insisted on
running another odd test and BINGO positive. I got a virus called CMV.
now its mostly gone (if I was HIV+ it would have
killed me) but my body did fight it off but not before it damaged my liver and spleen but
still happy news... Im going to live (after a while I was hopeing I might die, I have never
been sick this long before). The bottom line is I will be at least another month in
recovery, maybe more until my liver recovers. Until then Im mostly home bound and most of
that in bed.
As far as the club, I was open 3 days last month. After I learned that Id be another month
(at least) in recovery I decided to open for a few more days. This was my worst month and I
opened for 1 day on the 5th for the garage party and then this friday for Shemale Salon and
saturday for TBBC. All were good parties and the groups were happy that we were open for
them and wish me the best while I recover.
I have decided to close F2F and concentrate on my recovery. If am out for an hour or more I
get so weak and shake so bad I feel I will shake apart. I didn't want to go into month 3
and maybe 4 with 0 cash flow and 2000 outgo. Not good business sence. Ill save the 6 to 8
grand and do something different someday.
